Activities Schedule May 18 to 26, 2012


Friday, May 18th, 2012
10:00AM           Sand Art ($3-$7 depends on the size of bottle)
                Join the Eric  in the Fun Factory were you will be making sand art!
12:30PM           Make your own Grass Hair Planter ($4 per planter) Limited to 15 people Age 6+
Come down to the Fun Factory where Mr. Potato Head meets a Chia Pet. You will make funny planters out of nylon, sawdust and grass seed. 
8:00PM             Movie Night — (FREE EVENT)
                        Come down to the lobby and enjoy the  movie Puss in Boots. We will supply the popcorn.

Saturday, May 19th, 2012
8:45AM             COG Railway ($28 per person.)
Join Eric as we head up to the famous Cog Railway. This railway chugs up the side of Mt. Washington all the way to the top where you can experience “the world’s worst weather” At the top you will get magnificent views on a nice day, and at the very least, you will get to stand on the tallest mountain in the northeast.
6:45PM             Moose Tour ($25 Adults - $16 Children 12 and under)
Come along for a ride on the famous Moose Tour Bus! This 3 hour tour will take you all over northern New Hampshire looking for MOOSE! But this is no ordinary bus ride, filled with bubble machines, disco lights, and many other fun things to make the ride that much more fun! There is no guarantee you will see moose, but this is your best chance!! Please go to Moose Booth on Main St. to board the Bus.
7:00PM             Half Moon Jewelry Design ($11-$16 per necklace depending on size) (Earring sets also available $5-$14)
Come down to the Fun Factory to make your own jewelry with Half Moon Jewelry Design owner Joyce Schwartz.  She will provide the kits and guide you through the process of making your own jewelry!  Event will run from 7-8pm and is a great craft for all ages!
8:00PM             Facebook Movie Night — (FREE EVENT) Go to our Facebook  Page and vote for the movie you want to see tonight.  We will supply the popcorn.

Monday, May 21st, 2012
9:00AM                  Day Break Update at Pollard Brook (FREE EVENT)
Join our Adventure Concierge for a fun and informational gathering where we will update you on all of our activities, local       events and answer any questions you may have! Complimentary donuts and juice!
11:00AM               Walk to Loon Mountain (FREE EVENT)
Join Eric on a scenic walk over to Loon Mountain. We will walk along the bike path at the bottom of the driveway across 112 and along the river until we get to the bridge at Loon Mountain. This is a 2 mile, flat, easy hike mostly going alongside the Pemi River so be sure to bring your camera!
3:00PM                  Hike the Basin ($5 per person)
Join Eric on an easy stroll through the Basin. The Basin itself is a small waterfall and rock formation also known as the Old Man on the Mountain’s Foot.  From there we will either hike through the “Baby Flume” or up the Basin Cascades Trail. Both of which have very nice waterfalls and scenery.The trail will probably be muddy so boots or other sturdy footwear is highly recommended NO SANDALS!
7:30PM                  Movie Night — (FREE EVENT)
Come down to the lobby and enjoy the movie We Bought a Zoo . We will supply the popcorn.

 Tuesday,  May 22nd, 2012
10:00AM               Covered Bridge Tour ($10 per person by Van or $15 per person if by Bus)
Join us as we head west of Lincoln to see a few covered bridges.  First we will stop at the Swiftwater Covered Bridge, which is a smaller bridge with a beautiful waterfall underneath it.  After that we will head to the Haverhill-Bath Covered Bridge, which is 1 of 2 completely original bridges left in the country.  Finally we will stop at the Bath Covered Bridge, which is the longest covered bridge entirely in the state of NH.  Also at the Bath Covered Bridge is the Brick Store, America’s Oldest General Store
3:00PM                  Fadden's Sugar House and General Store (FREE EVENT)
We will head over to North Woodstock and meet with the Fadden Family and see how they make Maple Syrup.You will be able to observe the process in the modern facility as well as see an example of the way it was done in the good ole days.
8:00PM                  Movie Night — (FREE EVENT)
Come down to the lobby and enjoy the Adventures of Rin Tin. We will supply the popcorn.

10:00AM               Hike to Sabbaday Falls & Rocky Gorge($5 per person)
Join us as we head out on the Kanc over to Sabbaday Falls. Sabbaday Falls is a 3/4 mile round trip hike up to a 3 tiered waterfall!! Most of the trail is flat, except for one small hill. This is a very scenic area with a beautiful waterfall! Rocky Gorge is a smaller gorge with a good sized waterfall a few miles down the road from Sabbaday Falls. This scenic area in the Swift river is not something you want to miss! The trail will probably be muddy so boots or other sturdy footwear is highly recommended NO SANDALS!
6:45PM                  Moose Tour ($25 Adults - $16 Children 12 and under)

Thursday, May 24th, 2012
10:00AM               Shopping trip to North Conway. ($10 per person or $15 if by bus)  Today we will head over to the Village of North Conway.  You will be dropped off near Zeb’s General Store and have 2 or 3  hours to explore all the stores here.  The North Conway Five & Dime, Mount Washington Discovery Centerand the Toy Chest are among some of the offerings here
5:00PM                  Progressive Dinner with Lincoln Woodstock Chamber of Commerce. Tickets for the dinner are $30 per person each night, or $50 per couple. Space is limited, and reservations are required. Join us as we savor all that the Western White Mountains have to offer during two progressive dinner evenings, all in conjunction with New Hampshire Restaurant Week. Thursday we let our hair down, dress more casually, and partake in the fun and family atmosphere that is Lincoln Woodstock. We will taste some of the best American fare in the mountains as we laugh and sing our way through the evening. We will visit four different area restaurants, enjoying a four course meal along the way, while being transported on our comfortable coach with entertainment and libations on board.

Come down to the lobby and learn about the famous Flume Gorge.
8:00PM                  Movie Night — (FREE EVENT)
Come down to the lobby and enjoy the movie The Sandlot.   We will supply the popcorn.

9:00AM                  Junior Tennis Clinic ($15 per person ages 5-15)
Sign up for a tennis lesson with our tennis pro Hayden Roma. This is a junior lesson for ages 5-15, the clinic will run 1 hour and will work to increase confidence, skills, and knowledge to improve their overall tennis game.
10:00AM               Adult Tennis Clinic ($25 per person ages 16 and up)
Join our tennis pro Hayden Roma for an adult tennis clinic. This clinic will run approx.1 hour and will work to increase confidence, skills, and knowledge to improve their overall tennis game.
4:00PM                  Tie Dye T-shirts ($5 per shirt—$3 if you have your own)
Come down to the Fun Factory to make a tie dye t-shirt. We have shirts of all sizes, but your welcome to bring your own. We will have 3 different colors to create your tie dye masterpiece!
