Frequently Asked Questions

I receive a variety of questions on a daily basis.  Here are some of the more common questions and their answers.  I will be expanding this over the next few months so check back often.

FAQ

Can I check into Pollard Brook early?

Because of the large family-style nature of our units, our check-ins begins after 4 pm. On occasion, early check-in is possible if the unit has been already cleaned, inspected and cleared for occupancy. We strongly recommend that you not attempt an early check-in prior to 4 pm as we rarely have many units ready earlier than that.  During holiday periods and peak times we are simply unable to accommodate any early check in requests. Please contact us directly for specific dates.  If, upon arrival, your accommodation is not ready, you can certainly start enjoying resort facilities just the same.  Our locker rooms and pools are available, as are the game room, sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi, exercise room and more.  We also will be happy to hold any luggage or groceries that you may have with you in the event you wish to take advantage of the facilities or perhaps go back into town.

If you do arrive early and your unit is not ready, please do not proceed to the unit as this only slows the preparation process.

May I have an extended check out time?
Like most resorts in our region, our check-out time is 10 am. Requests for late check-outs of up until 11 am, may be available ONLY upon request based on the volume of incoming guests that day. Requests are not allowed during the aforementioned peak times and holiday periods.

Unauthorized stays beyond 10 am are subject to a charge $100 per hour.

May I request a specific room or building?

While we make every effort to accommodate guests’ requests for specific locations, this is not always possible, and room assignments are not guaranteed.
