Saturday December 22nd, 2012
9:00AM Paint your own Snowflake ($3 per snow flake. Limit of 12 participants) Each one as unique as a snowflake! Kids will love to personally design a coaster or ornament.10:30AM Sand Art ($3-$7 depends on the size of bottle)
Join the Eric in the Fun Factory were you will be making sand art!
12:00PM Paint your own Ceramic Creature Bank ($4 per bank. Limit of 12 participants)
Come down to the Fun Factory where you can choose from one of several different ceramic coin banks to add your special touch. Smocks provided for the not so neat painters.
2:00PM Hike or Snowshoe the Basin ($15 if snowshoes rented, FREE if you have your own snowshoes)
Join Eric on an easy stroll through the Basin. The Basin itself is a small waterfall and rock formation also known as the Old Man on the Mountain’s Foot. From there we will either hike through the “Baby Flume” or up the Basin Cascades Trail. Both of which have very nice waterfalls and scenery. If conditions are not ideal for snowshoeing we will just hike the trail
The trail will probably be slippery so boots or other sturdy footwear is highly recommended NO SANDALS!
7:00PM Half Moon Jewelry Design (Necklace sets start at $15. Set contains a necklace kit with matching earrings. Ear wires are Sterling Silver unless otherwise stated)
Come down to the Fun Factory to make your own jewelry with Half Moon Jewelry Design owner Joyce Schwartz. She will provide the kits and guide you through the process of making your own jewelry! Event will run from 7-8pm and is a great craft for all ages!
7:30PM Facebook Movie Night — (FREE EVENT) Go to our Facebook Page and vote for the movie you want to see tonight. We will supply the popcorn.

Limit to 4 people due to space. There will be 4 sessions each 30 minutes long. Please no repeat signups to allow everyone a chance to play

3:00PM Fadden's Sugar House and General Store (FREE EVENT Up to 13 people can fit on our Bus)
We will head over to North Woodstock and meet with the Fadden Family and see how they make Maple Syrup. You will be able to observe the process in the modern facility as well as see an example of the way it was done in the good ole days.

2:00pm Hike or Snowshoe Sabbaday Falls ($15 snowshoe rental)Join us as we head out on the Kanc over to Sabbaday Falls. This is a 3/4 mile round trip hike up to a 3 tiered waterfall!! Most of the trail is flat, except for one small hill. This is a very scenic area with a beautiful waterfall! If there is not enough snow we will just hike in but wear sturdy footwear incase it is muddy
5:00PM Stain a Frame. ($4 per frame, limit of 12 participants) Capture the beauty and wonder of nature with this attractive plastic Stain-A-Frame set. Large areas and raised outlines make it easy to create a breathtaking piece to hang in the window.
