Friday, December 18th, 2009
10:00AM Snow Shoe Sabbaday Falls & Rocky Gorge ($15 for snow shoe rentals)
We will meet downstairs at the Recreation Desk to set you up with your snowshoes and poles if you prefer. We will take the van to Rocky Gorge located off Rt 112. Rocky Gorge is a beautiful scenic area with a small gorge, waterfall, and mirror pond. The paths are paved, and the area is easily accessable for anyone. Then we will head back towards Sabbaday Falls, a 3 tier waterfall only a third of a mile into the woods. and make a stop there. This event is weather permitting, however if there is no snow at the time of the tour, we will still conduct the tour as a hike!
2:00PM Toddler Paint Hour (FREE EVENT)
Bring the kids to the fun factory for a chance for them to meet other children and finger paint or paint a picture to bring home! This event is geared for children ages 1-6, older children are welcome to join in the fun!
3:00PM Decoupaqe Plates ($3 per plate)
Bring your personal vacation photos, or use our brochures and pamphlets. Choose many different colors of tissue paper and word art to create a wonderful collage of your favorite memories of vacation!
5-8:00PM Meet and Greet with our Adventure Concierge, Eric Pyra At South Mountain
At South Mountain you will have a great opportunity to ask Eric all about what you need to know on your vacation! He will give you great ideas for day trips and children’s activities. Don’t miss out on this!
7:00PM WII Games (FREE EVENT)
Come on down to the Fun Factory and join us while we will be having FAMILY GAME NIGHT! For the first half hour we will be playing Family Feud. The second half hour will be Trivial Pursuit.

9:00AM WII Games (FREE EVENTS)
Come on down to the Fun Factory and race against the recreational staff! Mario Kart is great for all ages and is for anyone to come down and play!
10:00AM Snow Shoe Tour at The Basin ($15 for snow shoe rentals)
We will meet downstairs at the Recreation Desk to set you up with your snowshoes and poles if you prefer. We will then take the van to the Basin in Franconia Notch. This event is weather permitting, however if there is no snow at the time of the tour, we will still conduct the tour as a hike!
3:00PM Sand Art ($2-$6 depends on the size of bottle)
Join the Recreational staff in the Fun Factory were you will be making sand art!
4:00PM Candy Bar Bingo At South Mountain (Entry fee: 1 candy bar per card)
Event will be held in the meeting room at South Mountain. One candy bar per card is required as an entry fee. Bring the entire family, but don’t miss out on all the fun! This is the chance to show us your skills!
5:00PM S’Mores by the Campfire at SOUTH MOUNTAIN (FREE EVENT!)
Children and adults are invited to the fire pit at South Mountain to make smores around the campfire. We will provide everything you need to make the perfect smore! The fire pit at South Mountain is in the back next to the outdoor pool.
6:30PM WII Games (FREE EVENT)
Come on down to the fun factory and play WII Resorts with Steve! This is a great game for anyone!
8:00PM Children’s Movie Night — Polar Express (FREE EVENT)
Come down to the lobby in your pj’s with blankets and pillows to watch a movie the whole family can enjoy. We will provide popcorn, so make sure to bring a drink.

Coloring Contest & Photo Scavenger Hunt Begins
Show us your creativity! Simply stop at the Front Desk or the Recreation Desk for your worksheets!
9:00AM Day Break Update at Pollard Brook (FREE EVENT)
Join our Adventure Concierges for a fun and informational gathering where we will update you on all of our activities, local events and answer any questions you may have! Complimentary donuts and juice!
10:30AM Snow Shoe over to Loon Mountain ($15 for the snow shoe rental or bring your own)
Come downstairs to be sized for snowshoes then we will take the bike trail over to Loon Mountain! This is a great beginner trip for anyone interested in snowshoeing.
1:00PM Design your own ceramic Piggy Bank ($3 per piggy bank)
A great opportunity for the children to be creative in designing and painting their very own piggy bank. Its never to early to teach your children how to save money! Great for all ages!
3:00PM Bingo At Pollard Brook (Entry fee: 1$ per card)
Event will be held in the Fun Factory at Pollard Brook. One dollar per card is required as an entry fee. Bring the entire family, but don’t miss out on all the fun! This is the chance to show us your skills!
5:00PM WII Games (FREE)
Come down to the Fun Factory at Pollard Brook where you will join Meghan to play Wii Tennis! This is a great chance for anyone, any age to show off their Wii skills!

10:00AM Snow Shoe Tour at The Flume ($15 for the snow shoe rental or bring your own)
We will meet downstairs at the Recreation Desk to set you up with your snowshoes and poles if you prefer. We will then take the van to the Flume trail located off Route 3. This event is weather permitting!
12:00PM Toddler Paint Hour (FREE EVENT)
Bring the kids to the fun factory for a chance for them to meet other children and finger paint or paint a picture to bring home! This event is geared for children ages 1-6, older children are welcome to join in the fun!
1:30PM WII Games (Free Event)
Come down to the Fun Factory at Pollard Brook where you will join Meghan to play Wii Mario Kart! This is a great chance for anyone, any age to show off their Wii skills!
3:00PM Fadden's Sugar House and General Store (Free Event) (Pick up @ both Resorts)
We will head over to North Woodstock and meet with the Fadden Family and see how they make Maple Syrup. You will be able to observe the process in the modern facility as well as see an example of the way it was done in the good ole days.
5:00PM Wine & Cheese Social (FREE EVENT!)
Join your fellow resort mates for an evening of wine and cheese in a social environment! Event will run approximately 1 hour and will be held in the main lobby at InnSeason Resort Pollard Brook. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided for minors who wish to attend.
7:00PM Reindeer Cookies ($2 for 4 cookies)
Join Meghan in the Fun Factory to make a fun holiday treat. We will take Nutter Butter cookies, pretzels, M&Ms, and frosting to make a delicious treat that will look like a reindeer when finished!

Choose between making a layered chocolate brownie mix, spiral festive soup mix, or a special treat for your four legged friends with our layered dog biscuit mix! Take home a special treat as a great gift.
1:30PM Sledding @ Kanc Recreation Center (FREE EVENT)
Join the Activities team as we head over to the local recreation center for a few hours of sledding! Transportation and sleds will be provided!

1:30PM Design Your own 3 inch Globe Ornament ($2 per Globe)
Head on down to the Fun Factory to check out our examples of our small globe designs. Use anything you would like in order to create a perfect family ornament for this year’s Christmas tree.
3:00PM Fun in the Snow
Join Steve outside as we make snow forts, build snowmen, make snow angels, and do all types of fun things out in the snow!
4:00PM WII Games (FREE EVENT)
Come on down to the Fun Factory to join Steve as you will be playing Wii Bowling! This is a great game for anyone any age to come and show off their skills!

Join the Activities team as we head over to the local recreation center for a few hours of sledding! Transportation and sleds will be provided!
12:00PM Snowman Building Contest (FREE EVENT)
Once we meet at the Rec. desk we will head outside to see who can make the most amazing snowman!!

This is a chance for parents to get away from their kids for a few hours and have some time to themselves! Event will run for 2 hours.
