Wine Dinner at Vita Cafe & Wine Bar on Saturday October 24, 2009

On October 24, 2009 we will be having a Wine Dinner at Vita Cafe & Wine Bar in Lincoln. The menu is as follows:
Appetizer: Veal Saltimbocca
Wine: Bodegas Abanico “Eternum Viti” Toro

Entrée 1: Pan-Seared Salmon with Eggs and Capers
Wine: White Oak Chardonnay, Russian River Valley, CA

Entrée 2: Vegetable Risotto Cake with Red Pepper Coulade and Crème des Espinards
Wine: Luna Beberide Tinto, Vdt Castilla y leon, Spain

Entrée 3: Apple and Sage stuffed Pork Loin in a rich Burgundy Raisin Sauce
Wine: Lange Willamette Valley Reserve Pinot Noir

Dessert: Grande Marnier Chocolate Mousse
Wine: Macchia Mischevious, Zinfandel, Lodi, California
