the Kanc ($5 per person)
Join Eric as he takes a ride over the famous Kancamagus
highway. This is a trip to get guests oriented with the area. We will make
stops at: height of the land overlooks, Sabbaday Falls(conditions permitting),
Rocky Gorge, and Albany Covered Bridge.. This trip is designed to show you
spots along the Kanc that might be of interest later in the week. The trail will probably be muddy so
boots or other sturdy footwear is highly recommended NO SANDALS!

Rte. 3 on the Woodstock/Thorton line offers all entrees for $12.99 each.

10:00AM Covered Bridge Tour ($10 per
person if by Van $17 if travel by bus)
Join us as we head
west of Lincoln to see a few covered bridges.
First we will stop at the Swiftwater Covered Bridge, which is a smaller
bridge with a beautiful waterfall underneath it. After that we will head to the Haverhill-Bath
Covered Bridge, which is 1 of 2 completely original bridges left in the
country. Finally we will stop at the
Bath Covered Bridge, which is the longest covered bridge entirely in the state
of NH. Also at the Bath Covered Bridge
is the Brick Store, America’s Oldest General Store. If 12 or more people sign up we will travel
by Bus.
3:00PM Fadden's Sugar House and
General Store (FREE EVENT)
We will head over to North
Woodstock and meet with the Fadden Family and see how they make Maple Syrup. You
will be able to observe the process in the modern facility as well as see an
example of the way it was done in the good ole days.
6:00PM Taco Tuesday at CJ’s Penalty Box/Brittany’s Restaurant. Head down to CJ’s and enjoy $1 tacos. They set up a make your own Taco Bar. You can make hard or soft tacos, nachos, and
more. They also offer several beverage
specials. Taco Bar is set up until 9PM

Railway ($48 per person includes transportation to and from the Cog.)
Join Eric as we head up to
the famous Cog Railway. This railway chugs up the side of Mt. Washington all
the way to the top where you can experience “the world’s worst weather” At the
top you will get magnificent views on a nice day, and at the very least, you
will get to stand on the tallest mountain in the northeast.
5:00PM Trick or Treat in Lincoln The Town of Lincoln offers a safe
environment for your kids to trick-or-treat on Halloween. Your family is
welcome to trick-or-treat on School, Church, and Maple Streets. Church Street
will be closed to vehicular traffic between the hours of 5pm-8pm on Wednesday,
October 31st. Happy Halloween!

the Basin (FREE EVENT)
Join Eric on an easy stroll through the
Basin. The Basin itself is a small waterfall and rock formation also known as
the Old Man on the Mountain’s Foot. From
there we will either hike through the “Baby Flume” or up the Basin Cascades
Trail. Both of which have very nice waterfalls and scenery.The trail will probably be muddy so
boots or other sturdy footwear is highly recommended NO SANDALS!
