Bear Notch Road is OPEN. For that matter Dugway/Passaconaway Rd is OPEN as well.
UPDATE 5/10/2011
Bear Notch was closed when I dorve out that way around 12 Noon today.
I drove out the Kancamagus Highway today and Bear Notch Rd is still closed. Unless we have a rapid snow melt I would guess that it will remain closed through at least the end of April. Stay tuned for updates.
