The 2012 Lupine Festival in Sugar Hill, NH is almost here. This years festival will be here from June 1-17, 2012.
This is one of my favorite times of year. Being a little bit of a shutterbug I enjoy going out early in the morning to photograph these beautiful flowers. I will be running a few tours here once the flowers are in bloom. I have my favorite places to go and sometimes a little extra driving and planning makes it all worth it.
Be sure to stop by Harman's Cheese Shop to purchase a Lupine Festival Guide. Thsi guidebook has a map of where to see the Lupine Fields

Are the lupines in bloom now?
Not yet. Probably a couple more weeks. The festival occurs during the peak of their bloom.
